1. What type of products do you offer?
Cottera Store offers a wide range of ladies’ clothing including casual wear, semi-formals, seasonal collections, and traditional Pakistani outfits. We focus on high-quality fabrics, elegant designs, and affordable pricing.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery all across Pakistan. You can pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–15 working days, depending on your location. During sales or festive seasons, there might be slight delays.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this ID to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at info@cottera.store with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Do you offer stitching services?
Currently, we do not offer stitching services. All products are available as ready-to-wear or unstitched, as mentioned in the product description.
